Returns We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Items with removed tags will not be accepted for return. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@agamaculture.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address along with a shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.
Exchanges We offer color exchanges only. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@agamaculture.com. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same condition requirements apply — items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card provider may need additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@agamaculture.com.
