If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your Personal Information under the following lawful bases as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Contract: To fulfil our obligations under a contract with you, such as processing your order and arranging delivery.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data. However, our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. This includes temporary blacklisting of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (persisting for a small number of hours) and temporary blacklisting of credit cards associated with those IP addresses (persisting for a small number of days).
